| Built C201 - C234 by Metropolitan Vickers in 1956/7 with Crossley engines.
Re-engined (B201 -B234) with General Motors engines 1969/79. Many withdrawn following the introduction of the DART. N.I.R. bought 6 of these locos in the mid '80s and renumbered them: 104 [216], 105 [218], 106 [227], 107 [228], 108 [230], 109 [234]. 226 & 231 are preserved by the Irish Traction Group. 227 which became 106, is now preserved in Cahirciveen as static exhibit carrying 202. All others have been scrapped. |
